Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions define the terms, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and Scorenix (hereinafter "Service") for the sports data analysis service provided.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to sports match data analysis, statistical comparison, AI prediction, tax calculation, and other information services provided by Scorenix.
  2. "User" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Paid Member" refers to a user who uses premium services through recurring payments.
  4. "Content" refers to all information provided by the Service, including analysis results, prediction data, and statistical information.

Article 3 (Nature of Service & Disclaimer)

⚠️ Important Disclaimer

  1. This Service is not investment advice. Analysis, predictions, and recommendations are reference data only. Investment decisions are solely the user's responsibility.
  2. The Service is a statistical analysis tool based on legitimate sports data (Betman), and does not promote or encourage illegal activity.
  3. The accuracy of predictions and analysis results is not guaranteed. The Company assumes no liability for any financial losses resulting from such data.
  4. Users must comply with the National Sports Promotion Act and related laws. This Service may not be used for illegal gambling.

Article 4 (Eligibility)

  1. The Service is available only to users aged 19 or older.
  2. Users must provide accurate information during registration and must not impersonate others.
  3. The Company may restrict service use or revoke membership in the following cases:
    • Providing false information
    • Unauthorized use of another's account
    • Actions that disrupt normal service operation
    • Unauthorized commercial crawling or data collection

Article 5 (Paid Services & Payment)

  1. Fees and features for paid services are posted on the pricing page within the Service.
  2. Payments are automatically renewed monthly unless cancelled by the user.
  3. Cancellation of paid services can be done immediately within the Service; the Service remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.
  4. Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been substantially used. Otherwise, refunds are prorated based on days used.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All intellectual property rights in analysis algorithms, UI designs, and content provided by the Service belong to the Company.
  2. Users may use the Content only for personal purposes. Commercial redistribution, reproduction, and resale are prohibited.

Article 7 (Service Modification & Suspension)

  1. The Company may modify, change, or suspend all or part of the Service for improvement purposes.
  2. Major changes will be announced within the Service at least 7 days in advance.
  3. The Company is not liable for service quality degradation caused by changes or disruptions from external data providers (APIs).

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction over disputes related to Service use.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall be effective from February 18, 2026.
